GoFit 10-Pound Walking Vest with Removable Water Bottle Holder

The GoFit Weighted Vest adds adjustable resistance to a workout routine. The vest comes with weight packets (each weighing approximately .75 lb) that can be added or removed to modify the load. The 10-lb vest fits both men and women and includes a water bottle holster and a pocket to carry an mp3 player.

What we liked:

• The GoFit 10-lb Walking Vest provides a greater aerobic challenge for the wearer during a workout compared to the same workout without the vest.
• The adjustable weight option allows exercisers of all fitness levels to use the vest since weight can be added or taken away depending the needs of the user.

What we didn't like:

• The amount of calorie burn experienced while wearing the vest compared to not wearing the vest during a workout is only slightly greater.
