Update Adobe Acrobat and your Internet Browser
Tips for Accessing the Operation FitKids Curriculum

Option 1: Save it
  • Click on the link of the file to be downloaded
  • Adobe Acrobat will launch and the file will appear in a new window in PDF format
  • Click on the disk icon (upper right) in the tool bar
  • Save the file in the desired location
Option 2: Add it to your favorites
  • Click on the link of the file to be downloaded
  • Adobe Acrobat will launch and the file will appear in a new window in PDF format
  • Click on "Favorites" in your browser's tool bar
  • Click on "Add to Favorites"
  • Name the link Operation FitKids Curriculum
  • Click on "OK"
When you need to return to the document, simply click on "Favorites" and go to the Operation FitKids Curriculum link.
