Part 2: Summer Total-Body Circuit

Next month, the American Council on Exercise will launch its “Ask the Expert” blog hosted by ACE’s very own, Jessica Matthews. Each week, she’ll select one question from consumers and provide an answer from ACE experts including our team of certified trainers, exercise physiologists, and Chief Science Officer, Cedric Bryant. In addition, guest blog authors such as nutritionists and other specialized experts will be brought in to help you separate fitness fact from fiction.
