ACE Login Troubleshooting

To help troubleshoot your login issues:

In order to login to the American Council on Exercise website, you must meet the following requirements:
  • You must allow cookies
  • You must be running a relatively recent browser, preferably Internet Explorer 7+, or Firefox 2+
In order to access our online courses, you will additionally need
  • To have installed the latest version of the Adobe Flash player (www.adobe.com)
  • You must have popup blockers turned off for the site. You may need to allow popups both in your browser, and in the Google or Yahoo toolbars if you have installed those.
