This rich sauce is excellent on burgers and sandwiches, such as Pecan & Mushroom Burgers and Grilled Portobello
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese, (1 ounce)
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Step 1 Combine yogurt, blue cheese and vinegar in a small bowl and blend with a fork to make a chunky sauce.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
