  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 sweet gherkin pickles, minced
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped jarred pimiento peppers
  • 2 teaspoons minced shallot
