With candidates coming from a broad range of backgrounds, it’s important to plan out a study strategy that is likely to increase your chances of success on your certification exam. The following study materials are available to help you prepare for the Advanced Health + Fitness Specialist certification. The Advanced Health + Fitness Specialist Manual will be available in the summer of 2008. Remember, if you take and successfully pass the exam prior to the manual coming out, you will earn the special “Gold-certified” designation.
