Fit for Life

I have REALLY gotten fit since having my second child. I was 80lbs overweight and couldn't seem to lose the last 30lbs until I met powerhouse Sandi Clexton an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who taught me how to train my body to become a fat burning muscle building machine. Since taking classes and personal training from her I have learned how to work out effectively and efficiently to not only loose those last 30lbs, but also maintain my weight loss now for five years. This year I have run two half marathons and am going to run the Rock n Roll half in June!!! Pretty unbelievable for a person who used to weigh 240lbs and who could barely run a mile in 13 min. in High School!!! So grateful...would do anything to motivate and encourage anyone to get themselves into shape.
