Group Fitness Classes

The rise of group fitness has led to a tremendous increase in the demand for instructors who teach specific formats. While 1- or 2-day training programs can get you on the floor fast, they oftentimes don’t equip you with the knowledge you need to deliver the best experience.

 

Earning an ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) will give you the knowledge and skills you need to lead any class safely and effectively.

 

Specific formats may still require instructor training courses to help you learn choreography, but that’s not where your learning should begin. Position yourself as a group fitness expert and you can lead anyone – the dance fanatic, the jock, the baby boomer, the 30-something, the cyclist, the swimmer, and even the time-crunched business professional.
