I have been a personal trainer for over 3 years now. I attained my degree in Exercise Science from Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey,IL. I have opened my own gym in my home town of Cuba, MO. The Gym is co-ed. My Personal Training clients always receive body fat and weight analysis, along with a guided nutrition plan based on the USDA food guide pyramid. I work with clients of all sizes, shapes, and ages.
