Nordic Walking Courses

The use of Nordic walking poles can increase the intensity of walking as a fitness activity. Studies have found that walking 30 minutes per day can decrease total and intra-abdominal fat, and lower the risk of premature death, diabetes or breast cancer. Other health benefits include improving cholesterol profile, lowering blood pressure, increasing energy, and boosting bone strength.
