HIIT Courses

High-intensity interval training is a cardiorespiratory training technique that alternates short, high-intensity intervals and lower intensity ones of active recover. On a scale of one to 10, the high-intensity intervals are performed at an effort level of seven, or at 80% of max heart rate. Many professional athletes and exercise enthusiasts incorporate this technique into their routine because for a small total amount of exercise, the results are very large.
