AQUA PI-YO-CHI TRAINING

This day long specialty program will give you the necessary practical and theoretical knowledge to conduct techniques and programming based on aquatic alternative methods training. Aqua Pi-Yo-Chi is a fusion training program designed to give you the skill to integrate yoga poses, pilates exercises and Ai Chi movements to help clients increase their overall health and wellness. Discussion will include benefits and limitations, target market, client adaptation and move. Learn various applications that can incorporate into current aquatic sessions or create stand alone training programs.
