This course has been developed to prepare fitness professionals to be certified as Indoor Rowing Instructors. Fitness professionals who have participated in any of the three workshops offered by the Indoor Rowing Institute must successfully complete the Home Study Course to receive course credits. The study guide and written test will help the candidate review and become familiar with the information in the Instructor's Manual. The video requirement will demonstrate the candidate's rowing prfieciency and skill at articulating various aspects of rowing. We have found that the video process helps prepare candidates for teaching their first Rowing class.
