This workshop will teach you how to create a wide range of programs that incorporate the excitement and dynamics of cardio, the power and focus of strength training, and the challenge of balance and core work. Learn to use the Body Bar to compliment the best of functional training tools to develop endurance, control, speed, agility and useable strength. Understand how to progressively develop exercise sequences, structure intervals and build functional athletic and activities of daily living (ADL) movement skills.
