Description: · During this two-day intensified workshop you will learn how to create, structure, package and present your own Outdoor Fitness sessions for personal training and group fitness classes. Participants will learn the concepts, philosophy and principles of Outdoor Fitness and how to apply them in personal training and group fitness sessions. Along with proper technique in form and alignment, exercise modifications and transitions, workout design and class formats, students will learn how to adapt to changing environmental conditions. From scouting locations and reading terrain, to environmental integration and cuing in the outdoors, participants will develop an outdoor fitness skill-set to develop and grow their business. · Tuition fee includes the 160-page Outdoor Fitness Professional Manual with theory, program design, exercises, exercise modifications, class formats, coaching and leadership edification, along with legal and liability information.
