BOOTCAMP CIRCUIT

Achieve your fitness goals with this military inspired circuit workout. Calisthenics and training drills will focus on developing strength, stamina and agility. You will learn good form and technique while learning how to organize your own class! Bootcamp circuit will use several exercise stations to accommodate a large group of participants.
