THIS CERTIFICATE IS A ONE-DAY INTENSIVE WORKSHOP, WHICH WILL INTRODUCE A PROGRESSIVE SERIES OF EXERCISES AND MODIFICATIONS BASED ON THE METHODS OF JOSEPH PILATES. THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE FUNDAMENTAL UNDERSTANDING OF CORE STRENGTH STABILIZATION AS IT APPLIES TO MOVEMENT.
