During this 4 hour course you will learn how to apply the following:
-All about maximum or threshold heart rate training and workouts.
-How to anchor CVT, cardiovascular training based on individualized training zones.
-The benefits of the five training zones and why and when you should spend time in each of them.
-How much, how often, and how hard (the training load) you should exercise to achieve the minimum and maximum cardiovascular benefit.
-How to interpret your own individual heart rate or power output numbers for health, fitness and sports performance.
-About the emotional heart zones and how to handle stress and gain more happiness by using your monitors as a stress monitor.
-How to use a heart rate monitor and heart rate data from any cardio-equipment for weight loss to burn more total calories and fat as the fuel of that energy expenditure.
-How to use heart rate data and a monitor to relieve stress and to find your emotional zones.
Upon finishing this coursework you will be familiar with foundation cardiovascular training which can lead you to become a CVT specialist.
