This course teaches plytometric techniques to Instructors using Kangoo Jumps Boots in a group exercise and/or personal training environment for circuit training. This course highlights interval training, and introduces 3 levels of intensity for our group and/or personal training fitness application using Kangoo Jumps. It contains a theoretical overview of the energy systems and the mechanics of plyometric training as pertains to the propulsion tecjniques available with the proper use of Kangoo Jump Boots, as well as a discussion of multi-level muscle conditioning and the importance of muscle balance. Class design and planning for outdoor fitness applications are discussed and illustrated. Boot trouble shooting and safety are stress throughout.
