Kickboxing-inspired fitness classes continue to live among the most popular group workouts offered today. This full day instructor training will focus on the skills needed to instruct a challenging and fun yet safe and effective kickboxing class. You will experience and learn form and technique for a variety of punches, kicks, blocks and stances as well as strategies for putting together great, logical combinations. You will also learn ways that kickboxing can be implemented into a variety of class styles, from cardio to circuit to fusion formats. To make this training complete, we will also discuss the leadership qualities that will help create a “5 Star” kickboxing experience.
