The Choreography Analysis Workshop course attached is a course that provides understanding of the cardio, strength training and Pilates choreography that is included in our Fall 2011 session. This course trains instructors to learn the choreography and implement the various levels in their group fitness classes. This includes a variety of cardio - high/low impact, interval training and kickboxing. It also provides an understanding of strength training and flexibility exercises including Pilates. A review of the basic Pilates principles will also be addressed. The benefits, techniques, and injury prevention will also be presented. The course also introduces Fusion Classes, which combines Cardio/Strength & Flexibility with Pilates with other Body and Soul programming.
