CORE BARRE - (6 hour)

Learn how to challenge clients safely and effectively by taking STOTT PILATES® matwork principles to a high intensity. Learn the skills to take a group class through a high energy, mat based barre workout that is designed to be taught by a STOTT PILATES® trained Instructor in a studio setting. The use of small equipment such as toning balls, mini flex balls, and the ballet barre will be taught as well as variations of exercises and modifications for certain postures.
