HOT HULA fitness® Instructor Training 1 & 2 is a basic training workshop teaches you this fun new low-impact core workout set to Polynesian drumbeats fused with old school, hip-hop and reggae music. HOT HULA fitness® is a new and exciting workout inspired by the dances of the South Pacific Islands. Polynesian dance is an art form that communicates the island culture. HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. HOT HULA fitness® provides participants with a “total body workout.” Moves that isolate your larger muscle groups, increasing muscular strength and definition to your core, lower and upper body with specific emphasis on the abs, core, glutes, quads and arms. The lower the stance during movement, the more advanced and isolated the core becomes. Class levels range from beginner to advanced or levels 1-6 for all ages and fitness levels. HOT HULA fitness® provides participants of all body types with a total workout that is intense yet easy to perform.
