STRENGTH (2) (LAND/AQUA)

STRENGTH 2011: Rolling, Gliding, BOSU, RABall Description: Explore the value of strength training from a complete perspective. Learn and review the concepts of core training as they include isotonic, isometric, concentric, eccentric, plyometric, and balance training . This course will include a study of those terms using the hot pieces of equipment on the market today: foam rollers & balls, gliding disks, the BOSU Balance Trainer, and the Stability Ball.
