Functional Anatomy - Part 1 - Upper Extremity

Learn to assess musculoskeletal imbalance in your client and how to guide them toward symmetry in posture and movement. Discover how to facilitate and maintain optimal alignment through refining functional exercises and stretches. We will identify the anatomy of the upper extremity and its function, and discuss how to integrate this in Pilates-based movement, Yoga asana, therapeutic massage, and common resistance-based exercises. This is an intermediate-level lecture/lab-based course, intended for Yoga and/or Pilates instructors, massage therapists, personal trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, or anyone interested in functional anatomy.
