In this workshop you will learn how to create a “Balanced Body” by implementing various workout equipment that involves balance control. Discover exercise patterns, skills and drills using Bosu, any variety of fitness balls and or jump ropes. Explore how integrated balance training can enhance proprioception, coordination, speed, agility, sports performance and flexibility. Practice many exercises and movement patterns that will challenge and increase your clients' cardiovascular system, muscular strength and endurance and increase flexibility while utilizing one or all of these innovative tools.
