Minute Mania

A simple, non-­-intimidating class program design to fit on any group fitness schedule or used in a small group training. Minute Mania is a total body conditioning workout, with every exercise performed for 1 minute. Basic exercises strategically put together help clients increase muscular strength, gain stamina and get a stronger core. 3 class formats, each with their own segments of minute exercises, is loaded with variety, from equipment options to rhythmic challenges, for one of the easiest and successful classes you will ever teach.
