Body Bar Basics and Beyond

This workshop will review basic strengthening exercises, as well as more unique applications, including unilateral movements, stability training, and even some cardio drills. The lecture will include a discussion of the benefits of this training tool, safety considerations, and suggestions regarding exercise selection. The practical application will include a review of strength and cardiovascular exercises that will provide participants with a well-rounded routine to share with their clientelle.
