Pre & Postnatal

After completing this course, you will understand adaptations to meet the exercise needs of the pre and postnatal client. Concentration will be placed in understanding the body as it moves through different stages of pregnancy and how movement practices can ease discomfort and prepare for labor. Learn effective and safe modifications of three trimester exercise design. Understand common postnatal challenges and how to best support new moms as they return to exercise.
