Exploring Posture

This course will introduce the importance of postural assessment and its essential relationship to functional movement and exercise. Learn postural theory, common postural deviations and tools for assessment. Through demonstration and practice explore exercise design for various postural habits based in Pilates and yoga. Hone your eye and cueing skills to assist your client in maintaining optimal posture during and after their movement practices and workouts.
