My years of experience suggest that with rare exception, addictions typically lead to, or are directly related to, eating disorders and disease at large. My 4 step program helps individuals: 1: Clarify their Dream - your 1 Love or purpose that will give you the motivation to achieve what you want; 2: Uncover specific biological/emotional/mental and spiritual needs to balance your life in support of your Dream; 3: Empower optimal choices by distinguishing choice types and their contributions to a healthy lifestyle; 4: follow the 4 Doctors so you will have the tools to create balance in your life to achieve your dreams and be empowered in your choices.
