INTERVAL-ocity

This course will examine the benefits of interval training for every fitness level through intervals of high-intensity exercise followed by moderate-intensity recovery. The workshop will give fitness professionals a variety of options for bringing heart rate over the anaerobic threshold as well as options for strength training during active recovery with no equipment.
