Parisi 1 Day In-Service Workshop

The purpose of this course is to introduce youth performance training and methodology to attendees. Topics that will be covered include statistics facing todays youth population, compare and contrast the differences between Active vs. Static warm-ups, teach proper active dynamic warmup techniques and finally to touch on acceleration, top speed and multi-directional applications.
