Core Barre (15 Hours)

Learn how to challenge clients safely and effectively by taking STOTT PILATES matwork principles to a higher level of intensity. Learn how to take a group class through a high energy, mat based barre workout that is designed to be taught by fitness professionals or a STOTT PILATES trained instructor in a studio or gym setting. The use of small equipment such as toning balls, mini flex balls and the ballet barre will be taught as well as variations or exercises and modification for certain postures.
