MELT STRENGTH MODULE ONE Once a body is stable, improving standing mobility and efficiency can be more easily achieved. The MELT Strength Immersion Series Trainings will expand your understanding of core and standing stabilization exercises. Multiple techniques using resistant bands, MELT Rollers, and body weight will be taught in Module One and Module Two. Each Module is condensed into two-day trainings. In MELT Strength Module One, participants gain a sound understanding of Neurocore stabilization while moving the extremities to improve efficiency regardless of age or fitness level. In Module One, we will explore how to neurologically REINTEGRATING proper stability of the shoulder girdle and pelvic girdle before exercise application is applied.This is the first step in achieving efficient motor patterns using the arms and legs without compromising the spine in any dynamic motion.
