Intense Intervals

Intense Intervals is a workshop designed to provide group fitness instructors with hands-on, useable material for their sculpting, boot camp and cardiovascular conditioning classes. The benefits of interval training and a functional approach to fitness will be explored. Participants will receive information about effective exercise sequencing and instructional strategies, and they will receive specific suggestions for appropriate, unique, and challenging exercises that are well suited to this format.
