One to One Flexibility

Personal trainers will learn both the theoretical and practical application of contract-relax stretching protocols necessary to administer a full-body 30 minute stretch session. A large component of the course is practical application of stretches on live subjects. All necessary components of range of motion assessment, stretching techniques, safety aspects and professional trainer-client relationships will be explored. At the end of the course, the trainer will have the skills necessary to apply the learned stretching protocols to clients in both a health club and a home environment.
