Fit Classics - Balls & Bands

Whether you lead group classes or train individuals, this session is jam packed with creative, yet purposeful movements. Expand your horizons by exploring enhanced fitness applications for exercise tubing and the stability ball. Develop creative strategies for sequencing movement into an engaging, yet challenging fitness experience. Treat your students and clients to a total body tune up with a fresh approach to recreating base strength moves with tubing and stability balls. Fitness professionals will take away enhanced movement applications for stability ball and exercise tubing training. They will also learn how to teach movement linear and then sequence with more advanced instructional styles.
