The Bootcamp and Outdoor Group Fitness Course has two Parts: Part 1. This part is eight hours in length, combining theoretical lessons with practical demonstrations in order to provide the participants the foundation knowledge required to safely and successfully run small groups and assist in the conduct outdoor group training programs. Key topics covered include: the physical environment and outdoor training safety, the group and the individuals within it, instructor experience and ability, and successfully leading an outdoor group fitness class. Part 2. This part is eight hours in length, combining theoretical lessons with practical demonstrations focused on practical activities and programs for the group environment. This part is also accompanied by a handbook describing each of the drills and activities. The activities are based on best practice and the success of the MTT training methodology. The two parts combined provide an in-depth, holistic training package.
