This course is designed for P.E., Group Exercise and Dance Instructors to teach the innovative BOKWA method. BOKWA exercise class enhances both health and motor skill components of physical fitness. It is an intense cardio workout that integrates African dance, aerobic-dance and a variety of different genres of dance and movement forms. BOKWA is a unique workout created to inspire the world to live a happier and healthier lifestyle by uses American Sign Language and group exercise hand signals as a way to teach large groups, visual learners and the hearing impaired. “L step, Click-Click.” National and State Dance, P.E. and Fitness Guidelines and Standards are implemented.
