The purpose of this one hour seminar is to provide the participant with a fundamental approach and structure regarding the suggested content of a personal training/fitness program focused on weight management, ease of implementation and overcoming time restrictions. An explanation of the effects of each component are presented separately and the personal trainer will be able to more accurately and seamlessly integrate the program components into a workable and more easily and accurately measurable system for client response and progress. The information provided will assist the personal trainer in developing a more client-friendly and personal goal system for each client that is easy to measure, will improve compliance and allow the client to take a more personal role in their own progress. By empowering the client with simple and usable information, program success will be enhanced and client retention will be improved
