Join Twist Sport Conditioning to learn the most effective progressions to improve balance while training on unstable surfaces. Balance is highly trainable and transfers directly to success in sports and daily activities. Great for athletes, sport coaches, conditioning coaches, personal trainers and the everyday adult athlete looking to live life injury free, this workshop provides a performance based methodology full of exercises and drills, training guidelines and coaching cues guaranteed to teach critical balance strategies for multiple sports.
