Barbell Strength

During Barbell Strength, we will learn how to apply fundamental resistance training principles utilizing the adjustable group strength barbell as a primary tool. The course is designed to teach instructors to create consistent, results focused barbell-based classes that provide a safe and effective approach to resistance training that accommodates a wide variety of fitness levels. Resistance training principles and guidelines will be addressed and proper technique for the exercises specified will be reviewed.
