Bender Training Total Body Conditioning

This course is designed to bring in small props such as Bender ball gliding and tubing for a completely safe and effective workout for all levels of students. This course is also designed to give the traner a more technical approach to training in understanding body typing from mesomorph, endomorph, and ectomorph and which exercise programming will be more suitable.
