General older adult exercise safety guidelines 4. Principle of exercise prescription for older adults • Cardiorespiratory training • Strength training • Flexibility training 5. Exercise programs for different the levels of functioning • Physically dependent • Physically frail • Physically independent • Physically fit Successful completion of the course results in the award of a FIT certificate of Training Older Adults.
