Cut to the Core

Under trained and weak core muscles are linked to many injuries and pain found in the body. By learning to properly train and strengthen the core muscles you can decrease that injury and pain. This course outlines which muscles makeup the core, how core training can impact your workout routine and teaches how one can train other muscles while engaging the core to maximize results.
