Olympic Lifting For Firefighters

All who attend will be learning, studying and practicing all portions of the Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean and jerk. Attendees will learn to bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to their strength training. Olympic lifts are indispensable to firefighter’s ability to generate the power needed to fulfill the duties of a firefighter programming and expert coaching is a powerful advantage. After completing this course attendees will be able to incorporate Olympic lift into their clients workouts using proper set and rep based on clients needs.
