This workshop is about understanding who you are and what you focus on so that you can make a positive difference for not only yourself but your clients! Your client’s may not able to meet their fitness goals of losing weight because they don’t have a clear vision of what they want out of life, their focus is off, they have emotional obstacles keeping them stuck and their day is not set up to support a healthy change. In order to help your client make a positive step forward, we will first be looking at ways you can create a comprehensive vision, multi-dimensional goals and how you can employ the strategies in your own life. This way you will learn from a hands-on approach. This workshop will help you understand how to not only help your clients but to help yourself become the person you’ve always wanted to be!
