EFFECTIVE PROGRAMMING FOR THE MIDDLE-AGE CLIENT

This course will detail 3 main personal training components 1) Developmental pillars which include: Posture and alignment, structural integrity, movement skills, body composition, and work capacity. 2) Training system components: Tissue work, joint mobility, corrective exercise, corrective stretching, movement prep, and exercise circuits. 3) Client Goals: fat loss, wellness/function, and performance.
